Everything is fine and dandy. All authorities are cooperative and teammates are helpful. It was my luck and blessings from my elders ,I got a chance to serve under the management of this company.

Everybody thinks the job as lucrative even though it is contractual. Getting your official work done by the clerks is a tedious job. Sometimes you have to bend over your knees to request. Seniors are authoritarian and don't expect casual talks from juniors.

Dislikes

Senior staffs treat junior and contractual staffs as step sons. Any kind of objection, criticism is not acceptable to them. If done, you will be put to adverse situations which may end your career. Salary payment was not made timely. When complained, I was threatened of serious consequences.

Paddy procurement from farmers. Rice procurement from Millers. Quality testing, Storage and Godown Management.
