Job security is very high even though you have made a blunder. In operation department their is no work load on desk egg.Normaly every one get B grade. Neet & clean plant.Available fresh vegetable. Good colony premises. Colony maintenance is good speciality electrical.

Two cadre I.e MBS & Government. MBS ( market based salary ).huge discrimination between them.Worst management. No care of employees. Zero values for knowledge & skill.Buttering is key for promotion & increment.

I was working as production engineer in odi power for 2 years and assistant technical officer in assmacs for 3 years.work culture and management overally good.

There is nothing to dislike..I want to gain more knowledge and salary that's why I skip.

Company has it's own township. So family gets secured cover.

Dislikes

Organisation doesn't have its HR policies. Being a recently converted to wholly state owned government organization , nothing is aligned with government regulations. Incompetent HR staffs , nepotism is rampant. Employees benefits are zero here. Career prospects depend upon level of nepotism at management level.

This company is good for us because safety is very important in my life or safety is first priority of this organisation therefore I like itps.

I am working in out sources company Utkal projects pct ltd therefore I want to leave the Opgc.
