Lot of politics in between co staff, management don't know the issue of working person's. Job is not secured for contractually appointed workers.

This corporation is open in 1981 under Industries Dept, Govt. of Odisha to innovation and readily adopts latest technology in construction fields. I love that I am a part of this organization and helping the organization to grow with my team. Another plus point is that my colleuges come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
