Company's all staffs are good they are always supporting and helping. There are so many good things in company like annual tour, family tour, festival party, birthday celebration, employee farewell celebration.

There is no job security, if you do any single mistake than you will be liable to deduct your salary or will be fired by company boss. There is no HR policy, HR make rules for company benifit not employee benifit. Never support employee by HR. Office timing for coming is fixed 9.30 or before but leaving ofc in evening so difficult, if your senior or company owner is sitting after ofc time than you will have to also sit late even you have work or not. Unorganized work with a difficult boss who is owner of the company.

I love the opportunities that has been given, the faith and motivation ( at times) of the management . They are hard on work and tough to deal but they teach you to face the difficulties and best lines I have heard from Management is " jab tak decision naa aaye, aap jeete hue hai and work hard until the decision comes" .
