It is a good learning opportunity if you are a fresher, team mates are very supportive.

Work life balance is not good. Need to do overtime every single day without any extra pay. Salaries and increment are less. No appreciation and encouragement.

Toxic work environment Toxic manager and colleagues No training given Appraisal takes hell lot of time to reflect in salary slip. They say hybrid and give permanent WFH. Repeated harrasment at workplace. Using bad language by manager.

Digital Transformation DEPARTMENT is good including growth an people ( +management). Transparent and clean eco-system in Digital Transformation only in IT.

No appraisals - hire and fire management. Absolute no salary hike and no promotions even working for 6 years. Overall experience was good in my past 7 years, specially like the policies of the Ocwen, the way Ocwen care about the employees security and health it was undoubtedly awesome. Work culture was super.
