I liked the incentives part big money...Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also liked the employee re-hire policy here

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive apprreceive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Overall experience was good in my past 7 years, specially like the policies of the Ocwen, the way Ocwen care about the employees security and health it was undoubtedly awesome. Work culture was super.

...d organisation to work and learn for new joiners as well as experience people. Appraisal, Salary Hike and promotions policies are very good. Thus, you can work here long term to achieve your life goals.

Job Security is little concern but it is not with this only organisation. It is depend on market.

I have been working with Ocwen for past 3.5 years. If you want relax job environment with decent package and with job security, this is the best one to join.Ocwen will never stop surprising you with on the floor activity and L&D activites and all the quaterly celebration. Work pressure depends on which process you get hire for. Some processes have tremendous work pressure but they get very good compensation in return.

Dislikes

Just like everyother company, you will face little politics here and there. Beacuse of which you have to be in the good book of your manager for growth.

It is a good learning opportunity if you are a fresher, team mates are very supportive.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good. Need to do overtime every single day without any extra pay. Salaries and increment are less. No appreciation and encouragement.
