...ted grave yard shift. For women employees is really a blessing to work in Ocwen. Compensation wise we are better than most of the companies. Overall it's an amazing place to work.

Nothing just some people who make hell working of there is too much politics then we must learn to handle smartly and never complain about managers or leads it will backfire us some day. Just be careful with people make very good and genuine friends again depends on luck whom we get in our team. Perform well so that you need not have to think about job security. The lower your performance higher the chances of listing your name during recession. Totally depends on the team and management.

... provided are good and the work life balance is great. It is like a second home. The pay is average, but it's worth working in Ocwen.

For Finance team there are no benefits given unlike other team. Eg - Extra hours approval, Flexible work hours. But employees work for more than 12 Horus in a day during month close activity.

There is no job security. I believe all companies should give job security at least to senior employees, who has spent decades of years working hard for the company.

Toxic work environment Toxic manager and colleagues No training given Appraisal takes hell lot of time to reflect in salary slip. They say hybrid and give permanent WFH. Repeated harrasment at workplace. Using bad language by manager.
