Management people have biased views for their favourite people. Hardworkers always works hard and never gets proper hike or promotion.

Dislikes

Never get salary on time, no employee benefits, always cheat on employees PF, when questioned about it, they will see you as an enemy. Hard workers never get real award(hike), just like a bpo you get monthly working award. The one who claps their hands for the management, they get promoted, salary hiked, favourite employee, etc,. Skill development or any other employee benefits are not even there.

They will a lot of promises. But they won't fulfill it. They bring appraisal only in words, that they will in the next time. There is no standard. Hr policy, leave policy will be changed every. There is no hierarchy. They is no option to raise any concerns. The management only try to pull out the work from you.

Really worst envirnoment,there is no proper guidance from seniors...only Anjalayammal students only occupied the full office spaces...Really worst...please see and learn from others company's how to treat freshers...
