Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...ow junior colleagues or deserving candidates to suffer what I had to go through. Delays in the salary are normal here. Speaking of professionalism I don't think that word is in their dictionary. They terminated me for no reason and hired me with so many promises about my future. And guess what I was the 8th guy who got terminated fo no reason. I left my job seeking a challenging and lucrative role and here they play by "hire fast and fire fast" rule. Extended working hours on regular basis without even any prior notice with no overtime pay. I would recommend all young talents out there to never compromise and negotiate with your needs/requirements/aspirations. Make sure you get what you want from a company. Trust me there is a far better company waiting for you to apply for an interview. There are companies/start-ups who value there assets and take care of them very well. Good Luck for your future.
