Poorest Management even met. Suggested not to work with with Octave Apparels Pvt Ltd less salary for a manager load of work and that also for 12 hours of duty. Very bad experience ever.. i have wasted my 1 year 6 months time in Octave Apparels..

No appointment letter and salary slips. Working hours not fixed. No pay for extra hours of work. Negligible salary increment. No fixed week off. Have to work for weeks without week off. Pathetic work-life balance. No learning and growth opportunities.
