Don't agree on low salary they are earing very good even CEO bought a new car and a banglow but he is nothing as a man. They will use Ananta resort as a annual trip but in the last it will be Ananta resort not The Ananta Resort.

Company culture is very good, I was like a family member there. PM and CTO are very helpful.

We = Octal - We should have skill up program so that developer can skill up there skills and they get career growth. - Also we need to see our employee skills and potential that we can actually use in our products or services.

work culture is Good, lot of activities with the outing. There is no burden of work.

Dislikes

The most dislike thing is there appraisal, they are tried to hire employee in 5k. Company is good until you are working there but whenever you are on notice period they will show you their real face.

Nothing to like in this company! Too much of micro managing at work and assigning tasks on weekends also to employees. Don't join this company ever.

Dislikes

Too much of micro managing and no job safety. HR department asks you to resign or they will terminate you if there is no projects in the company. Too much of office politics in the company.
