Work-Life balance. Stress free Manager. Any problem in the organisation, if you speak up, it will be solved. They take action to your every problem. Employee respect flows in the organisation. Many activities and Indian culture especially state wise culture is respected and celebrated. Yoga, Mental stress relief, Fun Fridays and many more activities are followed which keeps the employees engaged.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion is worst. If you come with a hike you won't get promotions till 4 years. Whole year there will be performance but no such hike as expected which demotivates the employee working style. No canteen service is there, i.e if you have forgotten tiffin or you want to have lunch you need to pre-organise it while coming to station or else no scope. Conveyance is not there, you need to put your own money. No such extra perks you get, only extra work.

Form the very first day 1000's of rules n limitations towards your appearance Salary always delayed No job security can kick you out anytime No support from operations team Pathetic experience

...tions are done on reference only Even if One doesnt have any eligible documents. ,No timely or promotions increments ,only You get work and promotions but do not talk for salary hikes

Last 5years I am working ocs. I love all the people. Maximum offshore projects. Job will get continually. So that one good. Some companies not give job continually. So That one l like. Other one any emergency for family so they r take care.

Growth is very slow. Because no more increment in my salary .
