I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition
Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

No overtime, as company has not many projects.

Dislikes

No one will get salary on time in any month. Salary will be delayed 1/2/3 months, if you are relatives of management person than you should forgot the word "salary". They will say I have transferred your salary in your bank account than you will check and will inform them it's not done yet, than they will say I will give cheque on this/that day, please collect from me. If you have really transferred our salary than why are you giving it 2nd time in form of cheque. So in terms of salary worst experience you will got from this organisation.
