Was one of the better companies in oil and gas in India. The senior management is employee centric.

The compensation offered is on the lower side. The manager has absolute say with no interaction of senior management.

Here you can work on very different and versatile designs. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is quiet slow.

I like the day to day challenges i face in my work. It gives an opportunity to enhance skills and build more confidence in self.

Dislikes

Compensation are not upto the mark. Management takes advantage by low increaments when the market is low but doesn't apply correction when the market boosts. Hence there is always heavy iteration in the company and Oceaneering is always hiring.

There are a lot of learning avenues, colleagues are supporting.

Dislikes

...things. there is lot to learn but no proper guidance at right time is available. Tax saving part in salary is missing. No gymnasium.
