1. Nothing much. But, you can enjoy travelling on a click. That's what life is about in OceanAir Travels. 2. Never expect too much, you'd then be satisfied with the work or overcome the existence as an employee. 3. Best part could be, having professional communication with the HR Department only (when the Lady was in charge) other than that, the office is filled with linguistic barrier. 4. You could learn the cultural difference, I'm overwhelmed with joy yet sad at he same time.

Dislikes

1. You will never have a training period here in OceanAir Travels. They expect you to work, as if your in the ocean surviving for your own good to be alive when it has to be other way around. 2. No Appraisal, No OTs, No Increment, No Promotions. 3. No growth, particularly in any of the department. 4. Politics - don't even ask! 5. Language barrier touches the sky. And they don't even care if you're left out in any of the official meetings or gatherings.

Likes

The work culture is quite good and the opportunities are amazing including the job security. During the Pandemic, the steps taken by the company were bit harsh yet satisfying at some point excluding the unpaid option. Financially, there were problems I had to face.

Dislikes

I do not dislike anything, just the status of the work culture can change a lot more, where the employees could be more helpful to one another.
