It took a lot of time in framing the answer to this question because the only thing I like about Obopay is its training and learning environment. Otherwise, the decisions taken within the organisation is unexplainable on a lot of levels.

Dislikes

To continue with my previous answer, Obopay has not supported its employees at all in through the COVID-19. The upper level people never answer to the people working on the lower levels and the efforts put together by the employees are never appreciated let alone acknowledged. The rash decisions and office politics messes up the calm in your personal life. The biasing will hamper your career growth. One may be looking forward for his/her appraisal but then like I already mentioned, Obopay doesn't acknowledge the efforts of its employees.

Likes

There is no opportunity to prove ur self. There is no scope. They are following very old technologies.

Dislikes

There is no opportunity in future technologies. They have been using outdated technologies. Zero job security, management is vry poor.
