When I joined this firm, it was called "KRIATIONZ", later they changed to OBII KRIATIONZ WEB LLP. I joined as intern and worked with a customer from Dubai, it was great learning experience for me. I owe Abhiram - founder of the firm - a great deal. He is a fun guy to hang out.

Dislikes

I used to be stressed as the team size was small and technically challenged. I heard now they are doing well and team size increased 20. Probably now would be a good time to work with them.

Likes

This was my first company, they provide me nice platform to learn. If you just want to learn something and have some good experience yes this company is for you.

Dislikes

It's not big company don't expect huge hike, good salary, they will promise at the time of hiring but they don't stand on it. Management is not so good. No onsite training, or atleast they don't provide some udemy / any other video. You have learn you own. No facilities. They won't give you give client requirements well before in place, they will come somedays before deadline and ask you to finish it ASAP. Which is vary painfull to me. ( Even Clint has given time they forget to inform developer and at the time deadline they give us painfull days)
