Company policy are strictly partial. Don't know about whose salary increase and whose not. No bonus. No salary increased. Just 300 per annum increment. Some people didn't even didn't get appraisal too. Work life balance is too worse here. No time limit. Very less manpower according to requirement.

Salary is much less than industry standard No work life balance and very long working hours No employee benefits The program is of one year duration and they will promise a salary increase after completion, but they will keep giving extension notices, with no transparency about the confirmation process

Back stabing, no scope for future growth, low salary, stingy people. Gaurav Seth will form personal grudges with over time without your knowledge and will make sure to make your hell.

Work environment is good. My team mates are also very good and supportive. Management is also very good. Food in the cafeteria is also good and have variety. Company policies are really good. Appraisals and bonus is excellent.

Salary is below par the industry standard, as per the IT department. Also should mention that for IT employee on job training should be like OCLD employees.

Oberoi has the best work environment. The managers, supervisors, every other employee is so polite and so cooperative. You get free food, snacks and they know how to pamper their employees really well

The compensation is less for what you give to the company and growth is also slow
