We have our salary at the end of the month ,no doubt there in the lockdown time also . After getting positive from corona virus , My executives called me via telephone and talked to me there is no doubt bt something is missing there.

Work life balance is not there . A big hectic shifts like 16 hours a day.

I think oberoi is the place who give good opportunity specially collage freshers because they help them to grow well and give so many options of learning and also conduct personality development classes and many more.

I didn’t like about salary package and shift timing.

HODs and team members are cooperative, knowledgeable and good to work with. They provide medical insurance

Long workhours, increased workload. No compensation for overtime. Poor work life balance. Higher management may seem apathetic

Working in oberoi hotels helps you to make present minded and to work in busy environment and to tackle in difficult situations.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance in oberoi hotels and no recognition for ur work, less salary no promotions and shifts hours goes for at least 11 hrs to 14 hrs and u won't receive comp offs or extra salary for over times also te mana management very poor they don't know how to manage staffing and their always understaff and hires only freshers no a single experience person to held other staffs they are just money oriented company and they don't care about their staff. Think 100 times before joining this organisation.

Salary is much less than industry standard No work life balance and very long working hours No employee benefits The program is of one year duration and they will promise a salary increase after completion, but they will keep giving extension notices, with no transparency about the confirmation process
