I don't like anything during my work tenure in oberoi grand Kolkata.

...ity was mentioned during my work tenure. Career growth was slow and for no hope.salary was declining month by month due to increment in p.f. appraisal was horrible never judged by the performance. Politics was very much and full of partiality.work environment was not healthy. I'll mention some team mates names who were pathetic during my tenure and even degraded my performance :- Durba Dutta- assistant manager Piyali Ghosh- floor supervisor.

Working in oberoi hotels helps you to make present minded and to work in busy environment and to tackle in difficult situations.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance in oberoi hotels and no recognition for ur work, less salary no promotions and shifts hours goes for at least 11 hrs to 14 hrs and u won't receive comp offs or extra salary for over times also te mana management very poor they don't know how to manage staffing and their always understaff and hires only freshers no a single experience person to held other staffs they are just money oriented company and they don't care about their staff. Think 100 times before joining this organisation.

Salary is much less than industry standard No work life balance and very long working hours No employee benefits The program is of one year duration and they will promise a salary increase after completion, but they will keep giving extension notices, with no transparency about the confirmation process

Very chill environment, all the staff is very supportive.

Dislikes

Back stabing, no scope for future growth, low salary, stingy people. Gaurav Seth will form personal grudges with over time without your knowledge and will make sure to make your hell.

Work environment is good. My team mates are also very good and supportive. Management is also very good. Food in the cafeteria is also good and have variety. Company policies are really good. Appraisals and bonus is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary is below par the industry standard, as per the IT department. Also should mention that for IT employee on job training should be like OCLD employees.
