...nvironment is pretty strict - like we are stuck in the British era of hierarchy. Which means, there is a significant difference in pay among lower and higher management. Less transparency and often gaslighting employees with promises / information.

... be a fix Shift timings..and the work should be divided equally among all of us. Comparing with other industries in this industry (Hospitality) salary is very low

Company policy and work culture is good ,they give good salary as compare to other hotel ,bonus every year,lots of my friends are execute from hotel due to covid 19,they all are working there from last 18 months still they are executed...

...e Group of companies...people will like to work.They will learn a lot of things.Appraisals are awesome and you get a yearly bonus too..work life balance is less but you can work it out through planning anyway...

Teammates are really good.Mentors will teach you how the work has to be done....will give you tremendous knowledge in terms of work...no politics.
