...er job requirements or offers in some other company by referring, but nthng ! Once in a year ur salary gets updated like by 1000 RS ..that too if the manager approves ...or else ur salary will be same ... Have to speak up more but no use ... Thank you.

There is very clean up there and the food that was made in bulk.There is also a cafeteria all the oberoi flight service staff.Every work is done in suitable manner. There was a facility of transportation for trainee girls ,women chefs and senior chefs.

honestly Speaking OFS is a dream destination for many people I say, it was my first official Job, I join them when I was 19, and since my first day, all my senior an management staff were all very helpful, After 2years of working I got my 1st promotion, and the other banifits of working in a flight kitchen were their as well, Overall it was a quite Fascinating experience.

Dislikes

It's not exactly I hate it, but sometimes workload is irritating, but although it was a flight kitchen so it's normal for them to adapt that kinda of environment.

Likes

Basically oberoi group is one of the best group to work , but off late flight service has been separated from hotels. Good to gain knowledge on bulk cooking and I would prefer flight services for only short term and can use brand name and move further.

Dislikes

Job security is the main concern . No leave and continues work pressurer due to short of staff is the main concerns.
