1. OBDE Company is hiring freshers but misguiding clients by presenting them as experienced professionals. 2. They are not paying employees on time. 3. OBDE operates as a third-party company with limited resources. 4. There is no proper team structure; a single person handles roles such as HR, recruiter, manager, and CEO. 5. Clients, like BHEL, believe employees are experienced, leading to unrealistic expectations and poor output. 6. The work environment at BHEL is also problematic, with many unfavorable policies in place.
