One advice to freshers who is going to join this company- Just learn as quick as possible & switch to a better company else they will exploit you. Other advice to experienced who are going to join this company- Just don't join they're more better commissioning companies.

...ment is poor they're uneducated. So uneducated that they ruined this company. If there is any site available then only they will sent you on site & give you salary else you're forced to sit home without salary just like a labour contracted on per day basis. No salary hike from last 2 years. Company has 3 months notice period. No benifits. Also they'll give DA after 6 months of joining & DA is just 160/day which is nothing. HR is uneducated didn't know how systems works.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before wihch you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Basically its the best job profile if you wana learn something related to core electrical and i have learnt alot working in this company

The most disliking point is not getting enough time to spend with family and friends as you have be out for work all over the country

Comapny working culture very bad and office people behaviour very rude they have no any civilization for talk to own employes .

There is a lot of plitics and the management are very bad . All are un educated persions in office . Those are not know that how to talk with our front persion .

This company is not supporting to lockdown and this is the real time to prove how to support but there is no support (like travelling, salary, training,Office environment (like dual nature behave)politics etc.
