When I first worked there 2010 I felt like we were working a one big family. It was all about helping acnd caring for others. 2014 when they changed management and everything changed. It has turned into a heartless company. Nurse are overworked understaffed, ward nurses are working up to 15 hrs because they have to finish their documentation (no chance in the 12 hrs). And it’s not paid overtime. people are crying because of exhaustion. they fire people that have been there since forever in a snap. They give salaries late and not in full. I was lucky I got a job somewhere else so I was able to quit before I lose my sanity. It’s not a healthy working environment.
