I like in this the flexibility of timing and work culture, different types of knowledgeable things about equipment etc

Dislikes

The main reason is the salary and position. I don't like if anyone are not appropriate if you have knowledge

...ice culture which is good for all. Management is always helpful and encouraging. Salary growth is average but you get your salary on time without fail. Most of the company policies are in favour of employees. Self learning is required if you want to grow. Once you develop good rapport with teammates then it's your extended home.

Dislikes

With such a vast experience in this organisation, I cannot remember anything which I dislike, though I would like to mention here; few departments work in silos.

open to ideas / innovations.. you are rewarded for good ideas Family type environment / team work Appraisals take place every year (fair and just) Trainings are provided to improve your skills Politics is everywhere not only in this company.. so cannot comment Management is good

Dislikes

Unless you are in the good books of management you may not survive. No matter how dedicated and sincere you were whether for 6 months or 20 -30 years.. the way you are terminated .... is an insult.. Dirty politics do take place... (happens every company i believe)
