General manager is un professional doesn,t have any knowledge of Technical Too much of EGO He never listens to the HOD,S nor the staff He is unfit to a General Manager

Very good Hotel but worst managment, Worst GM, who takes more salary than associate with no deduction on PL or any other benifitt... MD is good but GM is very selfish and don't put right picture in front of him. Really made life hell, pay 50% and ask us to work 30 days 12 hours minimum but he works 6hours

Senior management is very self obsess And doesn't work make junior staff work for minmum 12 hrs to 18 hours with no off and sr people relax in there cabin with no help as running in less staff. GM not supportive to anyone..
