experience there was far from positive. The work culture was incredibly toxic, and there was a lack of proper structure and support. As a fresher, you’re expected to learn everything on your own within just three months, with no formal training process or guidance. It felt like the company had no real planning or strategy for integrating new hires, leaving you to figure everything out by yourself. The senior staff often behaved as if they are the owners of the company, creating an environment where you had to constantly seek their approval and assistance. It felt like job satisfaction was secondary to keeping them happy at all costs. The constant pressure to meet their expectations with little support made it a very stressful and unsustainable place to work.

... their calls or texts even after your work time is over, seniors will curse you. GROWTH : If you are looking for growth and hikes, whether it's mentioned in your Mail, they will not give you proper salary hikes, they will not follow their own commitments. They will only increase your workload over time period but not your salary, to get it increased you have to keep asking them shamelessly at least for "a year". INFRASTRUCTURE: No proper seats, you have to sit on broken chairs and work for more than 12 hours. No proper Air ventilation, you have to sit in almost 45 degrees in summer with no Air conditioning in the office of 100 people. No proper washrooms, you have to wait in row for nature's call. No proper lunch area, you will have to eat lunch next to washroom where you will hear water flushing down. PERKS : Even though product is for Hospitals, there is not health insurance benefits for own employees, Instead of you fall sick they will cut your salary for that respective days.

Salary And Hike: They will barely pay you and that's even late after 50 days. Leaves (Kind of): They offer a set number of leaves, but don’t expect sympathy: Family member passed away? Nope, that leave isn’t valid. Have a fever? Plan your sickness two days in advance! Sister’s marriage? It better be on a Sunday! This is my honest experience. Think twice before considering this workplace! Every Month New People Will Get Hired and Fired, This Is Exact Symptom of "Toxic Work Culture". Just Skip working in this company, Rather working Here, use that time to find Another better position and opportunity.!! You will find same worst experience shared by many people. Only positive reviews are shared by family members and relatives or Tution Teacher who never worked in this culture.

...s hardly practiced in any IT firm. Most peers are dissatisfied with their roles. The working hours are rigid from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and the salary offered is quite low in comparison. The Tech Stack in development is outdated. Seniors are really rude here. The management and owners shout at employees displaying unprofessional environment to work

people dont know how to code and when they have a chance they expect it be taught without learning (No Trainer but person who is training are you focussed on that) , people have problem with broken chairs but dont have problem with their own Zero skill sets,people have problem with long working hours , but people dont have problem with learning nothing , salaries are credited on date and dates goes here and there but salaries are never hold in this organization, people come enjoy the Probation once the probation gets over and when real action comes into play start blaming others for their failure, a standard frustration removing platform to just blame company and not looking at chance which was given to you when on one was even considered, for a review where one person wrote that no health benefits I guess they should work for any food delivery app and ask for free coupon they will get taste of their own medicine
