...ment is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary like and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t address our issues . salary is decent but careers growth is slow .There is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joining

All things I have dislike nothing to like in this company low salary work hard and most importantly no sense to talk to employees by HOD's

there is no scope for development and all only they talk about rules but nobody care workers problem ,they not providing suitable sallary, work training

In this company I have learned a Lott new things. Friendly atmosphere good Communications with co ordinators like a friend's company benefits also very useful to us.i have spend a very excellent time with OA family Thanks to all specially HR team who respond immediately and do needful to us thanks a lot to OA family.
