There is nothing I like in this company a very worst culture in Company & to much politics there is not at all Job satisfaction & no job security & no growth, if you will join this company you will be always be in stress.Before I was forced to write good reviews of company by Director but i didn’t follow ,but now I have got good chance to write my own & right review finally.

Very Bad Behaviour of Director inspite of giving good performance to organisation & he never gave growth & further responsibilities always they used to shout & abuse. also Director did not support & always he used to do partiality with other employees most likely they don’t have trust on employees , I suggest not to join this company because really you will find to much challenges when you will search new Job in Africa country. They don’t have Human Behaviour. Mostly the company Director is having attitude & Ego problem. Inspite of giving Good performance they are sending bad reviews for employees & when any employee will resign they put wrong Elegations where the employee is also not aware what he is going to face.

Discuss with your lawyer before you join this company.else you will be in risk in another country. No good culture Mismanagement no job security They have deceived so many people before. They dont keep there words. worst experience. If anybody will join this company in future will spoil there own career. Too many fake promises they give but dont fulfill. Partiality between one to other employee. People run with there own ticket from this company because of there wrong behavior. I suggest nobody should join such a company where you dont get self respect

There is no job security, career growth in this company. The only one thing in this company is politics. Better get all the things on a valid document, confirm with a good lawyer and then proceed as you change your country and you are at risk. Personal suggestion to not even try in this company.
