There is nothing to like about this company. They have no work culture. This company is even not worth of 1 star.

This company is a fraud. They don't pay you for your overwork and also when you resign they don't pay you on your notice period also they don't give you PF amount. Also they interfere in your personal issues. The management is worst. The company is having really worst clients base. If anyone is thinking to start their career here then I would recommend A big NO! Because the managers here are very judgy, they just keep assuming things and blame you for no reason, even if you are right and you want to point out the things that are not right, they will just shout at you like an animal. They don't know how to run a company moreover I was facing alot of mental stress here. Even when you are on notice period, Their behavior is gonna change and they will treat you like an outsider, the mangers are so worse that they compell other co-workers to not to talk with the person who is serving notice period. Moreover the company is not having an idea of KYC of PF. The managers play dirty politics between their co-workers and teams. In short, if you want to ruin your mental health, want to have alot of stress on your mind and want to work without pay then you can join this company. In short, Even this is the last company on the earth I would prefer to remain unemployee rather than joining this trash.

I have completed 7 months and resigned a week ago but they haven't provided me any certificates or any letter as a proof of my working. I have over-achieved the targets and no incentive they have provided.

In last 1 year, O3Hire gave me multiple opportunities to prove myself. Good Working environment & very helpful managerial staff who are readily available even after official hours for their resources. Looking forward to a mutual fruitful association.
