New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Good facilities provided to all of the employees, every one is treated well, work - life is balanced well

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

due to the crises there is no increment from last 3 yrs and no grade promotion, all the Head of the company work only for their selfish reason, top management specially Chairman is very good living being, expat management are worse (some)
