...s per their needs and will ask yout to work on weekends and the public holidays. If not you won't receive any salary. Also they will terminate people without any prior notice and they wont give you papers. If terminated they will say will provide 2 month salary but they wont even provide the salary for the days you worked. Manager is Sagul and he is very supportive for this TL Syed and if we complain about the work culture finally they will speak in a good way and blame all the things on yu that we havent reached the manager immediately. Also I have been relieved from office and the salary was not credited and if we contact with the Bangalore HR, Gowri shankar, he wont respond anything all he will say is " I will speak with Higher authorities and will get back to you but the wont and even if we call he won't respond. THey place the account is a biased way and they are focused on target and not on quality of the work. To achieve the target TL and GC will ask you to work even if it is wrong. Worst work culture and they don;t have any ethics. Also in the beginning f we ask why is that we are not following any thing ethically they will say bangalore managers asked to do this and Chennai manager Sagul will say that " I have to respond to a lady so I cant say anything, She is like that only" This company is full of blame game and no one accepts the mistake. Other few company force yout to achive the target but they won't sacrifice on quality. Here it is not like that. Its very worst.

...ly educated beggars people are there. they Not supportive u guys in any manner. And they always seeing how to deduct the salary from Users unnecessary. Whole Management is worst. I suggest for new joiners Please Don't join here. Your talent and carrier they make waste. So be careful

...thing in NYX.. To be frank, NYX is a worst organization which I ever worked for. They hire people with the package a employee ask for if they have immediate requirements and terminate them without proper / valid reason if they don't need a employee with higher package.. My suggestion is not to join NYX if you really want to grow in your carrier..

The organization always support their employees, salary we get in time, they have process trainer who give proper training and after completing certification, they put you in ramp up after that only we have to start the production.. the senior manager always ask the new joiners will you need extra time for training. and upper management always support employees. We have the authority to directly connect with any senior management if we have any issues.It is great to work for a company that is open to new ideas and suggestions. good opportunity to learn and awesome people and management.

...about process , I can easily clear my doubt from TL and Manager with fear free . Moreover , I get good salary than other firm . Excellent place to show your talent happy to work with the company
