Yes of course there work culture, company policies, management are just great.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...ir etiquette is so bad,they should be polite and they don't know how to talking.Salary increases according to working experience is so less. Designation.With any designation promotion, there is no corresponding increase in salary.

The cluster manager sunny was the worst leader to work with..this guy doesn't know anything except shouting on store team. He has no guts to say wrong to the person who is wrong but keep buttering ladies of the store. He only needs women attention and hate boys. Promotes favourite girl who can't handle the problem.
