...sing the deadline was a common thing. 3. Extremely inefficient and ignorant HRs. It has been around 2 months since I left the organization but I haven't yet received my notice period salary (I had completed all the exit procedures within 4 days of leaving). HR don't pick up the call. I have exchanged 20+ mails with HRs (including HRs at senior level), all they say is that the salary is in process and give me a hypothetical date on which I am supposed to receive my salary, and I don't receive it on that day so I mail them again, and its never ending.

The cluster manager sunny was the worst leader to work with..this guy doesn't know anything except shouting on store team. He has no guts to say wrong to the person who is wrong but keep buttering ladies of the store. He only needs women attention and hate boys. Promotes favourite girl who can't handle the problem.

Please Provide Yearly Salary Hikes,Which Based on Work Performance and Experience. Where we are getting low Paid salaries in Between That Cost Cuttings Have Been Made Like, My Salary Is 15000 per Month, If I Took Any 1 Additional leave The Amount Deduction From my salary are 1 Single Day Pay+Attendence Bonus1000+2000Allowences.These kind of cost cuttings are Not at all Satisfied For An Employee.The Emoloyees are working in an organization For Him/Her Sake And also for Company.Please Add Some Benefits For an Emoloyees Side. Also Provide a Paid Leaves for Offroll Related Designations Like Supervisor, Team Leader and DEO’s.
