Initial outlook is good and the office is not work centric. Good for lazy people. Yes man and duplicate people thrive.

Anilkumar G Varma and VS Ajish collected personal data using brain mapping technology. They took employees out for dinner one by one so that no one should know that they already know about their personal life. Disgusting people. They know that it was not for relationship with others but they want to check if anyone will voice out against them. They all know what you will think and if they are going to get caught they will compensate you with money. Be aware of such evil people in industry. They are not powerful but they want to show a good character. Such cheap characters should not be entertained in any office. They shifted their personal behavior issues on me and used me as scape goat violation of many laws prevalent in the country. They are cheap stakes who destroyed me financially and mentally by using the same texh they monitor other employees with or without management's permission. They became dangerously close to their top brass that they themselves will protect them now without knowing their real shadow business. Worst workers of all time. They should be fired but they get promoted as they know they will remain in the organization just as VS Ajish's dad Anilkumar G Varma nothing can stop them from not being in the office till they superannuate. They are sweet and good outgoing people with ulterior motives. Worst professionals of all time. They have a criminal mindset and will do anything to hide their crime. May God save them who so ever has connected with them. Good thing is they will distribute alcohol in office to please you guys and then force you to support them. Unfortunately, they are good manipulators as well as they know about your personal life that too in deep. Disgusting personality of all time. May God keep such breath taking and information sucking kids away from me. Today it is me but tomorrow it will be entire office. Unfortunately, Vinit Gadkari San does not know his subordinate he only knows what he wants to show believe me the guy will only look towards getting ahead like chattur of 3idiots while now taking info from Ranch of 3idiots and providing it to him. He will willingly trap just like he traded Varma San but then latter forced to use tech. He thought he will never be caught. I am on my way.

Peoples are very egoistic and management is worst, so rude they did not supports their respective team who is working on ground they are just trying to satisfying their ego only. About the growth, if company needs you or there is some one in top management who is close to you then you will get the instant growth after bypassing all the policies but if you are not in touch with top management then you will get nothing even after of years.

Nyk gave me lots of opportunity to develop myself. It help to improve confidence, improve communication skill and also provide opportunity to develop society through nyk many youth get opportunity to visit out of the state and fernish their telent.

Dislikes

volunteers terms should be increase in place of 2 years or honorarium should be increase may help volunteer to furnish them. If there is any post in nyk first pirority should be given to nyk volunteers because i think they have more experience then new people.
