... working environment. 15. No one has any clue on what they are working upon. 16. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than government company, except that there will be no dues paid. 17. Average life of a good employee is max 6 Months. 18. The probation period is 6 months in which you have only maximum of one leave per month. 19. If you exceed one leave per month, it will result in immediate loss of pay. Meaning, if you fall sick for a week, expect to be left with half a month's salary.

1. Zero Work life balance. 2. Once you enter in company at morning 10 you will get out by 12-2 early morning next day. 3. Company culture is toxic 4. project managers are just behind their monthly and annually targets. They don't even care about teams. They will make work like harder than donkeys. 5. Salary discrepancies between persons working on same roles. ( They will pay more to your juniors also) 6. HR team - while hiring they will tell you that company don't have budget and all. But don't trust them they are just big liars. Company is earning in dollars and paying in Rs. 7. Project managers here don't know how to handle team or make team bonding they will just give you work and tell that I want this by EOD and here EOD doesn't mean 7.30 pm you need to stay upto 2-3 o'clock and complete that work even though that work is 3/4 days work. 8. Zero recognition or appreciation of your work. You will do all work and some random guy or your senior will take all credits.

...rk where the project managers will gave you the best of the best belt treatment. I would like to highlight one issue here that is about the pay parity. Firstly, all the employees waited till January for the increment and yearly reviews but they didn't do that just to hold the patience of the employees. they can do it very strategic way but they started it in mid march and the appraisal letter distributed by end of the march. How pathetic the way they treated the employee who was waiting an year and you know based on their "SO CALLED CORE VALUE RATING" the "A" player got only 12% of increment while the company increases its target more than 20% without any pre planning and resources. One man sitting in the USA setting the target and here while doing the donkey work they are running behind it. Your project manager sees you as robot/resource not human being. so new joiners do not joined them never never never until you don't have any other option. HR, Project managers and team leads are puppets and they don't know how treat people.

No work life balance. Unbearable office politics. No work satisfaction and appreciation. Employer starts loosing self confidence in the early 2-3 months itself. Bad experience ever. In time remains constant. But no out time to even new joiners. Very bad culture.
