Policies are company centric. Salary buckets too low, upraisal hardly 5-7% every year if you perform good. Incentive policies frequently change so that you can earn less incentive and company should make more. Opportunity based on company profit not individual performance based. If you work better you will get more work. If you perform well you will get leaves easily.

This is the only company where the benchmark is measured only by what the Telgu team is achieving

Dislikes

No transparency in data No Communication on KRA & KPI in a formal way Most Imp if they want to get rid of you, They will pay 1-2 month salary but will make sure u are not in the system Their entire sales function is built around TELGU team, no doubt they do well full respect But the hard and bitter truth is that if a level playing filed is giving to all everyone can perform Their Intake to student place no. are fake No data transparency on how many students actually get internship or placed
