This is the only company where the benchmark is measured only by what the Telgu team is achieving

No transparency in data No Communication on KRA & KPI in a formal way Most Imp if they want to get rid of you, They will pay 1-2 month salary but will make sure u are not in the system Their entire sales function is built around TELGU team, no doubt they do well full respect But the hard and bitter truth is that if a level playing filed is giving to all everyone can perform Their Intake to student place no. are fake No data transparency on how many students actually get internship or placed

Lots of work pressure,no work life balance,if you resigned for medical reason and you want to rejoin again managers said we dont rehire. Worst experience with mangers,lots of politics, they force you to work on saturdays there is no weekoff in last two weeks of the month.worst experience with this organization.
