...ent. 3 times I requested my manager for increment..he didn't give proper answer. Salary is low. Incentive structure changed. No growth. Now the management asking seat reservation only. No culture. WFH only, so no proper timing for the job. Only sales is the motive and if sales is not done, you are not eligible for anything. No proper recognition for hardworking people. they will treat you like labours, you have to do whatever they say and they will even ask why you're doing like this. No proper process is being followed. They only needs sales and he will say anything to get the sales done from the employees.
