...ld sales person rest all are leaving and joining every six months, company have no process, no date for salary, no solution architect, nobody will help u for glow you, after joining this company market will close for u for next job

No process, no fixed date of salary, 3 senior member not helping to settle other people, no Hr support , management people are having there own ego, Bank currupt company, they taking people for showing there investor for getting investment.

...n. Leadership full of incompetent and unskilled managers. HR department is crap. Both employees and Vendors not paid on time.

Dislikes

Do not join this company both in sales and Tech roles. Company is not capable of paying salary on time and has artificial cash crunch. Lot of internal politics and leadership is mostly fake.

1. Can learn firewalls from scratch. 2.Can learn VM ware tools. 3.Good for beginners and average learners.

1.Salary not ontime. 2.There is a gap of 6 months in deposite PF. 3.No Variable pay even for good performers ,its completly depend on companies profit. 4.All are temporary network connectivities. 5.ticket system is average. 6.No proper F and F settlements of the left employees even after so many years.

...benefits Delay in salaries If people leave they will not give you incentive Pay is very less ,fresher and experience almost get the same pay Unnecessary comments on dressing Micro management by team leads(they treat us like a student) Tips of Management Work on DC certification Hire a good pre-sales team (experience one) Hire a good supporter team(experience once) Work on automation tools. Proper sales flow to avoid conflict. PCLM tool is worst There are many improvements required

Nothing. It is NOT a good company to work for. As a cloud engineer at NxtGen, You will not learn anything for the first 4 months. After that you will get some hands on and start learning VMware and basics of OS. Good for troubleshooting. NxtGen's customers are good in name but not very smart. There is zero automation so you will mostly do repetitive tasks only.

...O-MANAGEMENT. You will stay on a zoom call 24*7 Your salary will not be on time. They will not give you any variable pay. Forget about it. You will never get it. Your managers will treat you as their dog and make you work and work until you physically can not. We had to sleep in office and wake up and work again next day. You will have to literally BEG for leaves. You will work on weekends, weekdays, national holidays, everyday and night. Because you will have shifts. Your manager will give you work 30 minutes before you are going to leave for the day and now you are stuck for easily 3-4 more hours. Environment is very toxic. Overall, from two years of my experience, you should NOT join it. You can study for a little longer and try some other companies. It might be better. Also, there will be some "casual harassment" so good luck with that if you are a girl.
