Company have 3 old sales person rest all are leaving and joining every six months, company have no process, no date for salary, no solution architect, nobody will help u for glow you, after joining this company market will close for u for next job

No proper onboard training and induction. For a a sales guy it is mandatory to know in and out of the service and product, which is not provided by omoany. unorganised administration, to get one thing done it takes lot of time hence cause a lost deal. Forced employees to join office even in Pandemic when they could also do their work from home

One of the worst firms I have ever worked in. Leadership full of incompetent and unskilled managers. HR department is crap. Both employees and Vendors not paid on time.

Dislikes

Do not join this company both in sales and Tech roles. Company is not capable of paying salary on time and has artificial cash crunch. Lot of internal politics and leadership is mostly fake.
