Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and management is transparent there are huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow

Management, people who is leading, there is partiallity happens all the time on the basis of religion...two three superior are belongs to muslim religion so they approve all the leaves who's belong to this religion they don't have to ask that much and people like us need to suffer this kind of activities Also the attendance and leave issue This all happens in NOC(One broadband )at NXT Digital They don't even adjust medical leaves when

Very confuse company....and finance driven company...no much role of sales and ops ..hence always wake up late when market done all exercise...hardly ready to go with market trend... this is the company where HR never initiate any manpower development exercise..neither does any job enrichment or rotation exercise....only those people are successful here who believes in buttering..
