NWCC is good for bigginers to develop skill of supply chain and warehouse related work But some benefits should be provided to there store worker like salary incriminate, should have provided PF so that worker keeps on doing there work with consttrate continuously...

Very egoistic behavior , went for the interview , were not at all polite except the HR and they took 3 rounds of interview in which tax interviewer for really rude , and said you can't pursue further degree if you want to do job . Tried his best to bring my morale down.

Work load depends upon the warehouse location. Not much employee benefits at warehouse level unless you're working at the corporate/head office. Overall a great place for to work to start and build a career in logistics and supply.

Dislikes

No Employee empowerment. No growth or promotions at warehouse level. Difficult to get or apply for privilege leaves and leaves don't get encashed or carried forward if not used. No health insurance policy or accidental cover. No incentives.

Great, the only issue is there is a time to start at 10:00 but no leaving time of the werehout.

Dislikes

Actually the duty hours are 10:00 to 19:00 h but practically the is no time fixed for leaving the office, it may be late hours 20.00h to 23:00 in the night. Perhaps it is for every werehouse.
