Earlier the employees were good and helpful but since the mgmt isnt responding to any of the concerns and the company is going down the hill nothing seems good TBH as all the previous employees are no longer a part of this firm now.

If anyone is even thinking of Joining this Company then dont. During my tenure in Nviera Technologies I encountered a significant challenge with the timely payments of salaries and also with the PF. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter by reaching out to the concerned depts and individuals sitting in the mgmt, I have not recieved my salary for more than 7 months now. The Lack of response from the company including the unresponsiveness to the phone calls and emails has been disheartening. Additionally, another concerning aspect has been the inconsistent communication regarding employee’s last working day on several occassions. Enployees were informed abruptly on several occasions without prior notice that their last working day was 2 or 3 months earlier. This lack of clarity and transparency regarding employment timeline has caused undue confusion and uncertainty among the workforce.
