Poor management, lot of pressure on employees,poor salary growth, politics in company, cheap minded Fellows regarding speaking , budgets and no minimum value towards employees and rude behavior in speaking with the employees. Cheap minded general manager and he don't know how to behave with the employees.

Working culture and cheap minded general manager, assistant manager HR name called yogananda is worst in behavior and he don't how to speak with the employees

Company provides free transport Intervals times are given in between work hours Staff are friendly if you done your given work correctly There is no complaint about food they provide its good They will provide uniform like T-Shirt OT is available and good pay for it Clean environment

...nt or late without your permission In some places there are no proper equipment like fan , light like that Salary is so low

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .on the job training is not given to new joinees

Good work environment and culture. Freedom to achieve the PPM. Very supportive teammates and management in achieving the quality. A huge canteen which offers food and festival special packages, providing snacks for the 2 and 3 shift employees, providing free transport for the employees

Dislikes

Not having proper job security, No hike in salary, Not appreciating low order subordinates for their ideas to improve the productivity. They did not consider the safety of the trainees by not providing the PF and safety shoes
