Well, they deducted 20% Salary! They do not have any direct client not any genuine requirement - only choose this company if you are in Immediate need of a job! - No job security or compensation as per incentives what so ever. Worst recruitment company in my entire career. With more than 5 years of experience in this field - I hope you believe my words!

In no way to my expectations. Was a silly drama to take hold of my property, disgrace me with low salary/profile and show backward category union. Put me into pip which is abolished a decade back and terminated me since I asked for work from home. Boss whom I chose to review my work went inferior and rated very badly due to personal egos.

I ve not given permission for nuvento to creep into my social profiles and post rubbish on my feed. Nuvento will face court proceedings if they deliberately tried to mask my identity and hide my social profiles to make me expat.

Where to begin with the toxicity? It runs from top to bottom. The HR team seems nonexistent, with no policies or support. Work-life balance is non-existent, and the managers lack basic competence. It's a group of long-time colleagues stuck in their ways, coasting until retirement.

An awesome company to work with, great support from all the management, and importantly all women employees gets 1 day period leave per month, and mainly there is no office politics... Super happy to be a part of Nuvento in HR team
