Nuveda values are just to speak on. Nobody follows them in real. Management lack in good Management. Lack in keeping up with their employees. Lack in learning new technologies. Giving unrealistic deadlines.

I like just getting salary on time & remote working. The other things are not in Proper manner. The CEO has so much ego and attitude and will do what he wants. He don't even listen to other employee.

No employee benefits, - no health insurance, no company id card, even the laptops they give for work is horrible, they try to cut cost as much as possible. One will be forced to work 3 -4 persons work, in the name of cutting cost. They are running on a loss, so recently they started cutting salaries. No proper Tech infra in place. Product has so much bug. Complaints and concerns keep piling on the product side. The product support team receives at least 60 product bug related tickets in a week. No job security, all of a sudden, they will remove people from systems, without any reasons. This is one of their cost cutting agenda. The movement they realize the less revenue for the month. They will try to remove people from system. If they realize more revenue for the month, they will start hiring.
