HR dept is so bad even MD of company is not good for employees. He even don't care about employees health and zero work life.

Zero working life. Boring HR special Karishma Vyas. She is so toxic by nature.

Down to earth MD's with a great knowledge of the product. 5. Great Clients & been a part of huge projects PAN India 6. Policies for all the levels remains the same. 7. No work pressure or stress job (lenient top management) 8. Comfortable amenities and good interior 9. The MD's knowledge of the industry ( In the market since 1995) 10. Dedicated Managers & Operators & Workers

Dislikes

1. Attrition Rate Ratio (Entry level). 2. Lack of INTERNAL Communication Skills. 3. Micromanagement by the MD's. The employees who are terminated from the company due to the integrity or Compliance Policy are the one who uses such platforms to write the bad reviews and this is sad to say that they are the ones who are the reasons for demotivation to the one who is working hard for the growth for the company. No they did not support & gave a single penny in lockdown.

Dislikes

They do not manufacture a single pin. All they do is purchase ready made valve and sell them, simply a trader kind of work. I dont want to work in nutech kind of company again
