It's a work from home job easily we can do this from home but seniors their not supported at all

Company timings is 9.30- 6.30 pm but they always extend to at night around 10pm sometimes closed at 8,9pm so how can anyone continue with this company

The culture and space in the office. Very open to growth and skill development. It promotes a healthy and safe environment where everyone can work.

Mandatory policies for Hr that can be a little overwhelming. Although All in all can't complain

For me the fast paced nature of our projects sometimes makes it difficult to pause and reflect on the success of completed initiatives before moving on the next.

There is no appraisal and FNF. Learning and team mates are good. Work life balance is zero you have to work 365 without any complain.

Dislikes

Not a peaceful job. They do appraisal but don't give appraisal and FNF money. Need to work daily 12 hours . Office environment is always remains panic. Teammates are good
